COCKTAIL ONE
AK’S ALLIANCE
Ingredients
12.5ml Gomme
20ml Apricot Liqueur
35ml Arbikie AK’S Gin
12.5ml lemon juice
Prosecco
Method
Shake and fine strain ingredients into chilled flute. Top up with Prosecco. Garnish with dried apricot on side of glass.
COCKTAIL TWO
AK'S GREYHOUND
Ingredients
40ml Arbikie AK’S Gin
100ml grapefruit juice.
Method
Pour gin into a tall glass filled with ice. Pour over grapefruit juice. Garnish with a sprig of thyme.
COCKTAIL THREE
AK'S HONEY BE GOOD
Ingredients
37.5ml Arbikie AK’S Gin
12.5ml Cointreau
25ml lemon
12.5ml honey water
Absinthe mist
Method
Shake all ingredients apart from Absinth, double strain into chilled Martini glass, discard lemon peel and rub around the glass, open up mint aromas by slapping it and place next to lemon, use Absinthe mist from 20cm, spray twice.
If you don’t have atomiser add a dash of Absinthe when chilling the glass and discard before straining cocktail in.
