and concerns from our stakeholders and encourage anyone who believes they have been
adversely affected by our activities, decisions or business relationships to raise their concerns
with us.
A grievance may relate to, but is not limited to:
- Environmental impacts
- Health and safety concerns
- Human rights or labour issues
- Discrimination or harassment
- Community impacts
- Ethical business conduct
- Supplier or supply chain practices
- Breaches of Arbikie policies or commitments
All grievances submitted in good faith will be reviewed fairly, confidentially where possible, and
without fear of retaliation.

What Happens Next
- We will acknowledge receipt of your grievance within 5 working days.
- We will assess whether the matter falls within the scope of our grievance procedure.
- If accepted, we will investigate the grievance and keep you informed of progress.
- We aim to complete investigations within 30 working days, although more complex
cases may take longer. - We will communicate the outcome and any actions taken, or explain why the matter was not accepted as a grievance.
