CHILLI VODKA. HEAT WITH STENGTH AND DEPTH.

Our Chilli Vodka captures the smokiness of the chipotle and the earthiness of our potato vodka to create a perfect blend of spice and flavour.
Our method, as with all our spirits, is genuinely field to bottle. We grow our own chillis. and make our own base spirit using three varieties of potato grown on our farm.
The chillis are slowly soaked in our vodka to create a natural product with no extr acts, colourings or concentrates

Chipotles are smoked jalapeno chillies , giving a definite heat but also a deeply smoky, savoury flavour. They range in heat from 2,500 to 8,000 Scoville units, making them much hotter than ancho chiles (1,000 – 1,500 SH U) but milder than tiny red chiles de árbol (15,000 – 30,000 SHU).
We have focused on creating a unique drinking experience that is as much about heat as it is about enjoying the smokiness of the chipotle.
