TATTIE BOGLE VODKA COCKTAILS
COCKTAIL ONE
ARBIKIE MULE
Ingredients
50ml Tattie Bogle Potato Vodka
10ml lime juice
2 dashes orange Bitters
Top up with ginger beer (Old Jamaican or Belvoir)
Ice cubes
Methods
Build all ingredients in a Highball glass over cubed ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint or a lime wheel.
COCKTAIL TWO
CINNAMON ESPRESSO MARTINI
Ingredients
50ml Tattie Bogle Potato Vodka
50ml fresh coffee
12.5ml Liquor 43
12.5ml Cinnamon Sugar Syrup
2 Dash Angostura Bitters
Methods
Chill in coupette/martini glass. Pour all ingredients into shaker and shake vigorously. Double strain into glass. Dust lightly with cinnamon.
COCKTAIL THREE
DRY VODKA MARTINI
Ingredients
60ml Tattie Bogle Potato Vodka
10ml Dry Vermouth
Garnish with olive
Methods
Chill Martini glass and mixing glass with ice then discard it. Add fresh ice into mixing glass pour in the Tattie Bogle Vodka and Vermouth.
Stir carefully between 7-15 seconds to reach perfect balance between strength and flavour. Strain into pre-chilled Martini glass and garnish with 3 olives on a cocktail stick.
