I am very excited to be launching Arbikie Vodka with all ingredients grown, distilled, and bottled on the estate.

There is a misconception that all vodkas are made from potatoes, but the reality is that most people use grain as it is cheaper.  We grow barley, wheat and potatoes but decided to use potatoes because of the positive impact on taste.

The key to our Arbikie Highland Estate Vodka is that we treat potatoes the same way wine makers treat grapes, noting the aspects of each variety and the vintage.

Each of our species of potatoes contributes subtle nuances to enhance the final flavour. Our potatoes, grown and chosen with care, create a superior product compared to grain distilled vodkas.

We are also delighted to be providing a product which is gluten free which may allow people who require or choose a gluten free diet to still enjoy vodka.

Many people with celiac disease and gluten sensitivity find they can’t drink vodka that’s been distilled from gluten grains. However, these people frequently find that they can tolerate non-gluten-grain-based vodka without any difficulty.

The result of our expertise and passion is a Scottish vodka of excellence with a creamy, ultra-smooth and distinctly flavoursome taste.
