We create the heart of cocktails - the base spirits. With us, take a tour and discover how we turn crop to award-winning spirit, seeing our fields, stills, and warehouses where our range is crafted. Then, make the final stretch and enjoy some cocktails, that you’ll make with guidance from our ambassadors.

Join us as we take you on a cocktail making journey, using our field to bottle spirits crafted right here on our farm.  Come and get creative with one of our ambassadors by creating our two cocktails of the month, concocted by our own in-house bartender.

Afterwards, enjoy your delicious cocktails alongside a tasty charcuterie selection designed to be shared between two while overlooking Lunan Bay Beach.
