After an eventful Christmas holiday and countless social evenings, plenty of you are putting the foot down and having a ‘Dry January’. However, January is dull enough- Christmas is over, the nights are STILL dark, no more gifts or time off work and the gym has become your ‘local’. So, without further ado celebrate GINuary with us to help make your January that little less dull. Whether that is coming along to an exciting event to say “hi” or enjoying a Kirsty’s and tonic, Arbikie is here to have fun this January GINuary!

 

What’s happened this GINuary?

Arbikie tasting at Brewhemia 
We kicked off GINuary with a tasting night at Brewhemia in Edinburgh where our Brand Ambassadors shared Arbikie products and our field-to-bottle story with everyone who came along. To make the event that little more ‘GINuary’ appropriate, the tasting took place by the amazing gin bar upstairs in Brewhemia.

GINuary Versus Series
Throughout GINuary we are holding three fabulous ‘Ginuary Versus Series’ in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Dundee. The ‘Ginuary Versus Series’ is a head-to-head challenge with Arbikie, Whitley Neill Gin and Innis & Gunn Beer Kitchen Chefs to prepare and serve four cocktails or four dishes. Last week the series kicked off in Dundee- where Arbikie took the first win!

GINuary Versus Series
We still have two ‘GINuary Versus Series’ to go, this week and next week! These events will be happening in Edinburgh and Glasgow where we will be competing again, against Whitley Neill Gin and Innis & Gunn Beer Kitchen Chefs to serve four signature Arbikie cocktails. Click here for more info!

World’s Best Martini Challenge 2019
This exciting international cocktail competition is happening TONIGHT in London. Our Arbikie team have teamed up with The Ritz Club and will be competing amongst some other great gin brands! Last year we were proudly awarded ‘World’s Best Martini’ with AK’s Gin and are looking to hopefully be reigning champions of the World’s Best Martini Challenge 2019.

 

 

Cocktail Friday is all about GINuary
Cocktail Friday is something we take great pride in at Arbikie as we love to share our spirits with you and how they can be served in different cocktails and bars! Last week we shared ‘Earl’s Last Word’ made with Kirsty’s Gin served at Gin 71 in Glasgow. Burns Night
Finally, close your GINuary celebrations with some truly Scottish Arbikie Gin on Burns Night! Burns Night is Scotland’s annual celebration in the memory of renowned poet Robert Burns and we’re looking forward to honour and celebrate this integral anniversary with an Arbikie toast! No better way to celebrate than with our truly Scottish gin, grown and distilled in Scotland’s birth place! Sláinte!
