The Arbikie team have been busy bees over the last month working on various exciting events and projects. Some are just over the pond… on the stunning island of Providenciales in Turks and Caicos. Our collaboration with the team at Beach Enclave Resort led to launching a glorious new Arbikie cocktail menu at the hotel’s new Bluff Bar. This is an amazing collaboration to kick-start 2019 and the Arbikie team very much look forward to the many other incredible opportunities Turks and Caicos Island has to offer. Arbikie Distillery launches new cocktail menu at the luxury villa resort Beach Enclave on Turks and Caicos Island.

 

Beach Enclave, the private luxury villa resort on the island of Providenciales in Turks and Caicos has officially collaborated with Arbikie Highland Estate Distillery to create luxury, delicious and bespoke cocktails for the guests of Beach Enclave. The collaboration epitomises both Beach Enclave and Arbikie standards of authenticity and exclusivity, which will be offered to guests following the official opening of the Bluff Bar at the Beach Enclave North Shore property on February 4, 2019.

 

Arbikie Highland Estate draws from four centuries of farming experience, going right back to the 1700s. Developing from a dairy farm, to crops and then innovating to become one of the world’s fully field-to-bottle distilleries. All ingredients for Arbikie spirits are planted, sown, grown and harvested in the surrounding 2,000 acres that make up the estate. The ingenious distilling team -Kirsty Black and Christian Perez- are there to ensure that the history, tradition and provenance of Scottish distilling is built into the DNA of each delectable Arbikie product.

Owner and Director of Arbikie Highland Estate Distillery, Iain Stirling comments on this exciting collaboration: “We’re delighted to be working with Beach Enclave. This is the start of an exciting partnership that allows us to show off our provenance, traceability and focus on distilling truly world class spirits."

 

Furthermore, after the recent launch of Beach Enclave’s bespoke sparkling wine this has been effectively paired with Arbikie spirits to create the collaborative and truly exclusive new Bluff Bar cocktail menu. Whilst all Arbikie spirits hold a rare field-to-bottle traceability and the new cocktails contain local ingredients from the island- as well as Beach Enclave’s sparkling wine- the cocktail menu has unique traceability like no other.

The new cocktail menu was innovated by Arbikie Brand Ambassador, Alex Forsyth and Beach Enclave Resort Manager, Kinson Lazarre. With various interactive on-sight training days, both Arbikie and Beach Enclave teams came together to accomplish six incredibly luscious and unique cocktails.

Resort Manager Kinson Lazarre said of the collaboration: “Arbikie’s centuries-old method of making spirits is amazingly rare and so is the location on which the Bluff Bar sits. The Bluff Bar is elevated 65 feet above sea level and boasts breath-taking views of Princess Alexandra National Park and the barrier reef. Our location is as unique as our handcrafted artisan signature cocktail menu.”
