We are celebrating our 5th birthday today! We began our first mash back in October 2014 but the official first day of bottling Arbikie Distillery field-to-bottle spirits took place on Sunday 9th November 2014. Tattie Bogle, was our first home grown spirit to be launched out of our family of spirits and was Scotland's first potato vodka. So in honour of 5 fantastic and exciting years of Arbikie field-to-bottle spirits we have a couple of cocktail classics to share with you as we celebrate our birthday! 

 

Tattie Bogle Martini with Lemon Twist

40ml Tattie Bogle vodka

10ml dry vermouth 

2 dashes of lemon bitters

Garnish with lemon twist

 

Kirsty's Gin Fizz 

25ml Kirsty's Gin

10ml freshly squeezed lemon juice

20ml simple syrup

3-4 blueberries

Sprig of fresh thyme

Topped with prosecco

Garnish with lemon slice, extra blueberries, thyme sprig

Muddle blueberries and thyme for extra flavour
