It tastes a bit like a boozy Italian soda – ideal for an afternoon pick me up!

Ingredients:
Ice

1 measure Arbikie Vodka

1 measure Aperol

1/4 measure freshly squeezed lemon juice

Club soda

Garnish: lemon wheel

Method:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

Add the Vodka, Aperol, and lemon juice.

Shake until cold.

Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass, top off with soda.

To Serve:
Garnish with lemon wheel and serve with a smile!
