STRAWBERRY 75
Delicious combination of fresh Strawberry vodka shaken with fresh citrus, balanced with pine tree notes from the rosemary and charged with chilled prosecco or champagne. Strawberries and bubbles are a match made in heaven.
25ml Strawberry vodka, 20ml lime juice, 15ml rosemary syrup, 2 dashes cranberry bitters or 10ml cranberry juice. Shake and strain, top up with chilled prosecco.
Garnish: Rosemary skewed strawberry
