You will soon be able to visit Arbikie Distillery and see for yourself a sustainable, field-to-bottle distillery built around real craft, real ingredients and real people. We grow, distil, mature and bottle at our Farm Distillery and so this will be an authentic experience, guided by people who are passionate about our field-to-bottle ethos.

FROM FIELD TO BOTTLE
TRADITIONAL DISTILLING
Arbikie has created an unrivalled level of authenticity and taste with their field-to-bottle family of luxury spirits that showcase the crop at the heart of each. A family such as this can only be created by a field to bottle distillery which makes its own unique base spirit. This is a range with flavour at its core - determined only by the raw ingredients from the distillery’s own farm.
WHAT TO EXPECT
OUR BRAND EXPERIENCES
Guests will be able to book a range of Distillery Experiences before coming to Lunan Bay where they can see and enjoy our field-to-bottle approach to growing, distilling, maturing and bottling at The Arbikie Distillery. These will include a guided Distillery Tour and the opportunity to enjoy your favourite spirits:
GIN EXPERIENCE:
Guests will be guided through a tasting of Arbikie’s family of gins including the world’s only climate positive gin, Nàdar; Kirsty’s Gin, which won Gold at the World Spirits in San Francisco and AK’s Gin, winner of the World’s Martini Championship.
VODKA EXPERIENCE:
Guests will learn how we distil all of our spirits from scratch, including our vodkas, Tattie Bogle, Scotland’s first Potato Vodka, Haar Vodka that is distilled from Zulu wheat on our farms and Nàdar Vodka, the world’s only climate-positive vodka distilled from Daytona peas grown on our farms.
WHISKY EXPERIENCE:
Highland Rye is the world’s only Rye Scotch Whisky distilled at Arbikie. Guests can learn how we grow, distil and cask mature our whisky from Arantes Rye that we have been growing on our farms since 2015. They can also learn about our Malt Whisky's long journey to maturity, as it slowly matures in casks in the Arbikie Cask Warehouses.
SUSTAINABILITY EXPERIENCE:
The Arbikie Distillery aims to be one of the world’s most sustainable distilleries and guests can learn how Arbikie, as a rare field-to-bottle distiller, grows an amazing range of crops, including Potatoes, Wheat, Rye, Barley, Lemongrass, Juniper Coriander, Limes, Peas and Chillies on our farms and how we distilled Nàdar, the world’s only climate-positive gin and vodka in partnership with the James Hutton Institute and Abertay University.
