COCKTAIL ONE
HIGHLAND RYE OLD FASHIONED
Ingredients
50ml Highland Rye Whisky
1 barspoon water
1 barspoon sugar
3 drops Angostura Bitters
Method
Mix together sugar and water, then stir whisky and bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
The perfect nightcap with one of the finest ways to enjoy the delicious maple, orange marmalade and clove notes. This is one of the bartenders favourite classic drinks.

ARBIKIE SAZERAC
Ingredients
50ml Highland Rye Whisky
1 sugar cube
2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
1 dash Angostura Bitters
dash of absinthe
garnish with lemon twist
Method
Muddle sugar with barspoon of water into a mixing glass. Add ice to and stir down rest of ingredients. Strain into absinthe rinsed chilled rocks glass.
Rich mouthfeel and delicious notes of maple syrup matched with a delicate touch of anise.
