Using our renowned potato vodka as a base recipe, this Strawberry vodka captures the vibrant sweetness of our strawberries - grown on our farm - to create a uniquely flavoured spirit that's truly authentic.

On The Palate: Sweet, smooth, lots of butterscotch, buttery finish, very creamy.
On The Nose: Fresh ripe strawberries, strawberry jam, fresh grass, apple.
Strawberry 75
Strawberry vodka shaken with fresh citrus, balanced with pine tree notes from the rosemary and charged with chilled prosecco or champagne. Strawberries and bubbles are a match made in heaven.
25ml Strawberry Vodka
20ml Lime juice
15ml rosemary syrup
2 dashes cranberry bitters or 10ml cranberry juice
Shake and strain.
Top up with chilled prosecco or champagne.
