50ml AK's Gin
10ml Fresh lime juice
Top up with ginger ale
Garnish: Rosemary sprig & lime wheel

50ml AK's Gin
25ml Fresh lemon juice
15ml Honey water (2:1 honey/water)
Garnish: Orange twist & thyme sprig

Twist on the Whisky Sours, using an Islay malt whisky to add a smoky element. Our chipotle chilli vodka not only adds smoke but also a delicious element of spice to this drink.

20ml Homemade ginger and orange syrup
