CHILLI VODKA COCKTAILS
SMOKY BLOODY MARY
Smoky twist on the iconic brunch drink, the Bloody Mary. No need for tabasco, all the heat, BBQ and bonfire notes are found inside the chipotle Chilli vodka which add an exciting dimension to any cocktail.
50ml Chilli Vodka
100ml Tomato juice
25ml Beetroot juice
4 Dashes of Worcestershire sauce
20ml Lemon juice
Black pepper
Celery salt
Garnish: Rosemary, olive, lemon wedge, salt & pepper rim
Glass: Highball
CHIPOTLE MULE
Simple and refreshing with a delicious spice kick. Chilli, ginger and citrus are perfect for each other making this is a drink you can enjoy any time of year.
50ml Chilli Vodka
20ml Fresh lime juice
Chunk of muddled ginger
2 dashes angostura bitters
Shake and fine strain. Top up with ginger beer.
Garnish: Candied ginger dipped in chipotle syrup
Glass: Lowball

50ml Chilli Vodka
20ml Pineapple juice
25ml Lime juice
15ml Agave
6 sprigs of coriander
Shake and fine strain.
Garnish: Big ice cube & coriander sprig
